Every morning you wake up in a new decade of the same century.

So I was back to 1912, one of my favourites, though this time around I had decided to try and improve medical care and understanding by talking about germs. About nine days ago when this first started happening to me I was too freaked out by the fashions, the lack of cars and electricity in most places I went, to have much impact.

I’d perfected that in 1952 and now used each day to its full, who knew how long this phenomenon was going to last and I was determined to so some good…a plan was even forming to try and visit the same people, to build relationships so I’d seem less like a random wacko and more like the brilliant futurist I was!

It seemed that at least my geography was fixed so I had turned up on the same London street, in the same row house that stood in my native 2012…it was largely unchanged having been restored in the 60’s and again in the house proud 2000’s to its former glory… but as to how the residents would react when I stumbled down to breakfast who could say. Last week it hadn’t gone well.

But since then I’d made my outfit timeless and boring, something quickly overlooked in each decade since… I’d stopped trying to use my phone, tablet and communicator, and got better (though far from perfect) about remembering what I should know in 1912. Deep breath – here goes!
